I’ve trained on today’s most advanced human propelled exercise gear and the RowBike has your muscles screaming and your heart racing more effectively than any other gear I’ve experienced to date.
RowBike did improve, as currently I ride the original model. The newer models have 8 speeds, which makes a HUGE difference, as with the newer model you can simply tool around the neighborhood, or up-shift and experience a full body burn like never before. If you’re serious about burning fat and adding lean muscle mass, you need to ride a RowBike!
I can’t say that it was any one person.
I had many people that I regraded as Fitness Greats, the greatest of all times Jack Lalanne.
I also admired wrestling great Dan Gable.
I guess it was the sport of wrestling that really focused my mind on the development of the human body. Excited to learn and develop exercises that wold not only increase strength, improve balance, coordination, speed and power because I wanted to the advantage over my opponents on the wrestling mat.

Probably one of the most googled fitness questions of all time, nobody
likes the real answer because the answer is too simple.
The fastest way to six pack abs is proper diet, because we all have “6 Packs” heck
some of us have “kegs“. You can do crunches but that won’t do it, sure
you’ll get bigger stronger muscles but they’ll be covered by fat.
What we really need is strong core muscles, not six packs!
The Core Muscle is basically the area in which your bath towel covers when
wrapped around your body from the arm pits to the buttocks. The core
supports your arms, legs, neck and head and is the base and foundation for
movement of them.
While the “six pack muscles” may look good, it’s the
Correlation of the internal and external obliques, pelvic muscles,
various abdominal and lower back muscles that give the body strength
That’s why it’s imperative that you train the entire core!
I love those series, I remember doing Ty BO.
Seriously these workouts are powerful, intense and they get results. I’ve had numerous clients
that purchased them (heck I own a few) but unfortunately most never got
past week 3-4.
It’s a shame too because I’ve had couples that exercised together and they got results but somehow things got busy and old habits set back in.Comment
